NHLH 106 - Lifestyle Wellness Coaching

A Lifestyle Wellness Coach will work with you to make important strides in overall wellness, including physical activity, nutrition, stress management, weight loss, personal relationships. Coaches and clients will work together to set goals in these areas. The Lifestyle Wellness Coach will then listen, lend support, guidance and motivation to assist in acheivement of these goals.

A fitness specialist administers a health risk appraisal questionnaire, reviews general nutrition guidelines, followed by an individual personal assessment of five components of fitness-cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. NPER 189 - Informal Recreation

This program provides opportunities for alumni and the public to use the Field House and track during informal recreation hours. The facilities can be used for basketball, volleyball, tennis, soccer or exercise options such as walking/running. Seniors can use the track free of charge but need to enroll in this program to use the other facilities. In order to qualify as an LCCC alumni you must have completed 30 semester or 45 quarter hours at LCCC. Alumni need to be registered with the LCCC Alumni Association in order to be eligible to register for Alumni or Alumni Spouse sections.
