This premiere of a new opera by Robert Beckstrom is a setting of the ancient text that asks a timeless question, why does evil fall upon good people? Fresh and energetic, provocative and insightful, Job will be fully staged with cast, chorus, and orchestra. The title role will be performed by the up-and-coming baritone, Mark Wanich. Come and find out how God responds to Job.

Special pre-show talks by the Opera’s Composer, Dr. Robert Beckstrom, will be held in the Studio Theatre: Friday, October 19 – 6:45 to 7:15 pm and Sunday, October 21 – 2:15 to 2:45 pm. No tickets are needed for the pre-show talks.

Tickets: $15/Adults; $10/LCCC students with valid ID and Children 12 and under, and Groups of 15 or more.
