NSCI 078K - Aerodynamic Overload

Learn about Newton's Laws of Motion in this hands-on exploration of forces of flight! In this course, students will learn about the science of rocketry as they make and launch water bottle and stomp rockets, hurl water balloons hundreds of feet through the air with giant slingshots, build a kite and watch it soar, experiment with paper airplane design, and more! This course will explore the forces of gravity, air resistance, drag, and thrust, all while inspiring students to imagine, create, and experiment!
